A scripted, mastery-based Orton-Gillingham-based reading program that teaches phonological awareness, phonics, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.


MIRA Fit: 

★★★★  Strong

Best for: Explicit, multisensory reading instruction – strong support for struggling readers

Considerations: Parents will need to add separate spelling, writing, and literature programs. Lacks spelling reinforcement of reading.

All About Spelling

A step-by-step Orton-Gillingham-based spelling program that teaches phonograms, spelling rules, and how to spell words by writing them.

Best for: Students who need explicit, structured spelling support

Considerations: Families will need to add reading & writing instruction, and literature program. Lacks reading reinforcement of spelling.

Considerations: Needs to be supplemented with a literature & writing program; Teacher-intensive
